Zac Moxley is the President of Moxley Homes and works with buyers to make sure homes are tailored to their tastes and needs.

Zac oversees all aspects of the company including strategic planning, land acquisition, capital development, and home construction. He was born in Jesup, Georgia, and grew up working in the family construction business. He holds a bachelor's degree from Lee University and an MBA from Emory University's School of Business with a focus on alternative investments. During college, Zac worked as a congressional aide in Washington D.C. and later in the office of Governor Nathan Deal. After college, he began his career by helping clients repurpose and renovate commercial buildings before shifting his focus to residential development and founding Moxley Homes. Today, he and his team have built some of the most sought-after homes on the coast as well as developed over $30 million of luxury multifamily communities. In addition to being a licensed general contractor, he is also a licensed real estate broker. Zac and his wife, Grace, now call St Simons Island home. He spends his free time in the outdoors, playing music, and traveling the world.
